Recently, I heard someone say that they were proud of themselves for ordering a salad, rather than a burger and fries, from a fast food establishment they like to visit. Then, yesterday, I heard about how great fermented castor oil is supposed to be for our bodies and it reminded me that I need to give my vegetables another shot since my first attempt failed.
