Not only do I love being a Thrifty Diva, I love not having to go to the store for something. Sometimes I want to have something for the kids to do or play with, but it would involve going to the store. I’ve learned that if I go to the store for one item, I end up spending more. Which lead me to my latest craft…bath paints!
I wanted my kids to have something new and fun to play with and I wanted the ingredients to be at home with us. This easy recipe fit the bill and it was actually a lot of fun for the kids.
What You Need
1/3 Cup dish soap
2 tablespoons of Corn Starch
Plastic containers for storing
What To Do
1. Mix your dish soap and corn starch.
2. Divide into your plastic containers into as many colors as you’ll make. So if you want red, blue, yellow and green, you’ll need three containers.
3. Add 3-4 drops of food coloring per container.
How easy and thrifty was that!?
