Shiva Rea: More Daily Energyย on DVD is brand new, having been released November 15th, 2011. You can mix and match from seven different sections, each only 20 minutes! When you’re short on timeย  you can pick out just 1, when you want a more intense workout you can use the “Yoga Matrix” to select your choice of the 7 sections to play together, whether it’s a couple of them or more.

I like that even a beginner could use this DVD, but there are enough advanced variations suggested in each workout to keep it challenging for the old pro, too.

    I love the Biggest Loser dvds and they’re usually pretty cheap. They have different levels and anyone can do it.

    I have a treadmill so I try to use that-but currently I have a very active friend and we workout at her house 2 times a week and she takes me to the gym on “free” days!

    I don’t work outside the house so I make sure I go up and down the stairs regularly during the day, even if I’m not going up and down for any other reason than going up and down!!
